In 2019, we independently developed a dual-station high-pressure RTM automated production line specifically for battery box covers. This innovative process not only retains the advantages of continuous fibers in traditional RTM but also incorporates the high-temperature rapid molding characteristics of SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) technology. This breakthrough significantly enhances production efficiency, optimizes product performance, and effectively reduces manufacturing costs.
