Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

We are factory, who is a 20 years professional FRP products designer and manufacturer, we have more than 110 skilled technicians, in addition, we have senior engineers with own designers for design, molding and production.

Q2: Where is your factory location? How can i visit you?

Our factory is located in Hefei city, Anhui province, which about 2hours by high speed railway from Shanghai, or by flight to Hefei Xinqiao international airport, we can pick up at railway station or airport.

Q3: Can you do OEM/ODM?

Yes we can do OEM/ODM products. We have R&D team to make various of customized FRP products per sample, mould or drawing.

Q4: What kinds of techinical process do you have?

We have below technical process:

1) FRP hand lay up process(HLU)

2) L-RTM vacuum infusion process

3) HP-RTM vacumm infusion process

4) SMC process

Q5: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Our factory has been certifed with ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, OHSAS18001, etc. We always pay high attention to quality control from the beginning to the end.

1) All raw material we used are high standard and environmental-friendly;

2) Our workers focus on detailes in moulding, laminating, releasing, trimming, repairing, polishing, packing and delivery.

3) Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking from raw material,sample, process, aftertreatment, packing till delivery.
